Unindicted Co-ejaculator

Juan Rivera spent 20 years in jail for a rape and murder he did not commit. When the DNA analysis proved he was not the rapist, the prosecution claimed that he was still the murder. This is the ridiculous unindicted co-ejaculator theory, and believe it or not, more than one prosecutor has been loony enough to use it.
